HuntingAllows business lines to be set up in a group so that calls to a busy line will hunt to the next available line in the group.
Calling Line IDIncludes Calling Name Display, Calling Number Display and Anonymous Call Rejection. These features enable users to know who is calling before they answer the call.
Calling Number delivery Block per callEnables callers to block the delivery of their name and number to the calling party on a call-by-call basis by dialing a code before dialing the number.
CLID Permanent BlockingEnables callers to block the delivery of their name and number to the calling party on a permanent basis so they don’t have to dial a blocking code before dialing the number.
3 Way CallingAllows the user to talk to two people in different locations at the same time.

Call ForwardingIncludes Call Forwarding Busy and Call Forwarding No Answer. These features enable users to forward incoming calls to a different number if the line is busy or the call is not answered within a specified length of time or number of rings.
Unconditional Call ForwardingImmediately forwards all incoming calls to a different number regardless of the line’s busy or no answer status.
Call Forwarding – PresetForwards incoming call to a number that has been pre-determined by the user. This enables call forwarding to a given number to be quickly activated and de-activated without having to enter the destination number each time.
Remote Access ForwardingAllows users to change their call forwarding settings from any location (not just from their own phone).
Call WaitingIncludes Cancel Call Waiting. This feature Informs users who are on the phone that there is another incoming call. Users are then able to put the first call on hold to answer the second call, and then switch between the two calls. Cancel Call Waiting enables the user to disable Call Waiting for the next outgoing call (usually a fax or data call).
Call Waiting IDInforms users who are on the phone that there is another incoming call, and displays the number and/or name of the new caller on the telephone’s Caller ID display.
Call HoldAllows the user to put a call on hold in order to dial another number, and then switch between the two calls.
Priority Call w/ PC on CWProvides a distinctive ring tone and call waiting tone for numbers on the Priority Call list; callers not on the Priority Call list receive the normal tones.
Last Call Return (LCR)Allows the user to return the most recent incoming call.
Automatic Call Back (AC)Automatically redials the last outgoing call made from a business line.
Toll RestrictionDisallows long distance calls from a business line. Toll Restriction can be programmed to disallow domestic and international long distance calls or just international calls.
